In the remote eastern Himalayas of Nepal, a newly built road becomes the catalyst for transformation. The film follows the lives of Maila, a skilled basket weaver portrayed by Dayahang Rai, and Maili, played by Pasupati Rai. Their dream is to fulfill their son Bindrey’s wishes, portrayed by Prasan Rai. As the road winds its way through their village, it brings both hope and challenges, altering the dynamics of their family and community.
